When will my package be delivered?
A scheduled email is sent out with the date of delivery. Should this changes an updated email will be sent.
Can I pick up from warehouse?
Yes ,you can pick up from our warehouse at: Triq il-Kanun, QRM 9032 Qormi. Please send us an email at [email protected] to notify us that you will collect your package, so courier does not leave with the package.
I would like to change my delivery address.
Please send us an email to [email protected] . Kindly add as a subject Change delivery address. It would be helpful to provide us FastDrop tracking id or reply on the same email thread.
How will I know when the courier is coming with my delivery?
You will receive and email when the courier is out delivering. In addition to this, FastDrop send you a tracking link which you can follow. Further the driver has the contact number you have provided at time of purchase and will call you 15 min prior to the delivery.
How can I reschedule my delivery?

Can I track my delivery?
Yes a tracking link is sent where one can see the different status of one’s delivery.
Do you operate at weekends?
We operate Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Till what time you deliver?
We deliver till 9:00 pm.
Can the courier contact me when they are close to delivery?
Yes the courier will have the mobile number you provided at time of purchase.
